AH-HA Is a select shop selling art, books, objects, and apparel based in Pasadena, California.
Methods of shipping
All ordered are send either by USPS Airmail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Tracking numbers are emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. In the US, most deliveries will arrive within two week and overseas within 21 days, depending on carrier delays, customs and tariffs. Please allow extra time for custom framed pieces.
Exchanges & Returns
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if items arrive defective or damaged and within 15 days of the original order. Please email info (at) ah-ha.us to tell us about the issue.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We've no time for spam and junk email either so fear not, we won't sell your information or shop it to a third party. We never store any credit card or payment information and all transactions are secure and encrypted.
